  • Handling mainly the local purchasing section (Temp and Perm material). Raising RFQs, preparing Bid Tabulation, issuing Pos and contracts, following up delivery and payment. (Team of 15 persons at the peak). 
  • Handling the Purchase of the Diesel.
  • Handling the Sales of Scrap (Metal…). 
  • Tracked inventory shipments and prepared spreadsheets detailing item information.
  • Determined lowest possible cost, factoring in quality and reliability and negotiated favorable contracts.
  • Communicated with vendors regarding inventory needs and negotiated prices to maintain profit margins.
  • Reviewed proposals, qualified vendors and recommended optimal suppliers.
  • Computed and created purchase orders in [Inshouse Software] to monitor stock levels, verify purchase requisitions and expedite customer orders.
  • Used [Inshouse Software] to authorize and monitor purchase orders and consumables.
