Oversee the construction of a residentiallcommercial tower day to day valued in the range of 10 million dollars
(around 16.000m2 total built area)

Realize and oversee the construction of a project consisting of a private villa. its guest house. and a family
house day to day valued in the range of 1 to 2 million dollars (around 2500m?2 total built area)

Prepare the projects’ planning using Microsoft Project

Prepare BOQs and priced BOQs for various projects

Prepare weekly construction costs of the projects

Meet the clients on site and in office for design and construction follow-ups

Plan and conduct minor modifications to complete detailed drawing sets.

Monitor preparation of technical drawings

Ensure compliance of construction detail documentation to best practices

Prepare and review as-built drawings

Monitor performance of the Contractor/Sub-contractor and identify. raise any quality issues
