Ayad Malaeb

My name is Ayad Malaeb, I have a long experience in butcher and charcuterie, where I worked as a supervisor in Spinneys and other known markets in Lebanon. I have a very good knowledge in all types of meat and cheese. Recently, I have extended my abilities in critical thinking, negotiation skills, through several online-certified courses. Besides, the frequent training sessions through Boecker Public Health Company to work upon ISO standards.
The value I will bring to your organization includes a strong set of skills I have developed through my long work experiences, training sessions, and self-development. I am well versed in communicating with customers, and finishing tasks on time. Besides, recently I have extended my abilities in critical thinking, negotiation skills, and problem solving through several online-certified courses.

I always arrive early to the office, to use the first minutes for setting up the workday and organize all tasks I need to take care of. Then, I start the day by achieving all the goals the schedule has mentioned, which enhances my time management skills. My work as a supervisor reinforces my leadership skills, and team management abilities, besides driving and directing team members effectively to meet company goals. Our work as a team is a real challenging as all the employees are from different areas and each one has a different mentality but the good thing is that this difference creates a good workplace, where we always cooperate and help each other. This positive workplace brings comfortable work so that we come every day in a good spirit. The best thing I like about the work is that there is no routine every day is different so the day passes so quickly, where I meet plenty of customers and I like that a lot which I consider the best part of the day, besides I feel satisfied when customers come back the other time thanking me and very pleased of the product they got. On the other side, it is hard to do the inventory every month, where we stay for late hours to finish and I am responsible for it. So, I always stay worried until getting the values right that’s when I become relieved.

Actually, I didn't have the chance to pursue a higher education than intermediate level, however I always try to educate myself by reading and studying courses related to my field, management, and leadership. For instance, I studied a course on coursera under the title of the meat we eat, and other courses related to management.
