I am an experienced professional with over 8 years working in the charity sector. 5 years in management. I have key skills in Quality Assurance, Project Management, Relationship and Stakeholder Management, Operational Management and Service Delivery, Line Management and staff welfare including HR skills and knowledge. Administration, Organisation, Relationship building, service improvement, policy writing and implementation, and managing services through improvement. I have experience working with Asylum Seekers and Refugees. Overseeing and managing strategic planning of service offer including coaching support of charity to members experiencing homelessness. Employment services, Health offer, Volunteering and recruitment, member events, Safeguarding lead for services and Incident Management lead. Quality control and assurance. 

Refugee Housing and Integration Lead - Crisis - January 2024 - January 2025

Leading service offering resettlement support to refugees in London. Supporting with finding accommodation, liaising with the Home Office, and ensuring documentation is correct. Ongoing support with integration goals around employment, education, and family reconnection. 

Achieved 145% Housing outcomes against KPIs. Provided accommodation and support to over 250 Refugees during one year. 

Line management of 4 team members offering immigration, housing and holistic support towards goals. 

Collaborative relationship building with Home Office pilot project offering on-the-ground support to new refugees. 

Service Manager - Centrepoint - June 2022 - January 2024 

Service manager to 20 staff team supporting 25 Young People with accommodation and support. Including Refugees, Asylum Seekers, Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children, Looked after Children (under care of social services), and young people with Gang Affiliation. 

Project Manager - Project Basecamp - March 2022 - June 2022 

Short term Policy writing role - safeguarding lead. Policy Lead - writing and implementation. 

Team Leader - Safe Haven Sussex CIC - October 2019 - March 2022

Managing team of 8 following promotion. Managing across two teams - both providing accommodation and support to members who had experienced homelessness.
