• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, ensuring data integrity through regular account reconciliations and journal entries to correct discrepancies 
• Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts, while reviewing P&L statements to assess profitability and expenses
• Handle NSSF declarations as well as quarterly and yearly Income Tax on salaries (R3, R5, R6, R7& R10), ensuring compliance with current tax laws
• Organize financial data for auditors and provide support throughout the audit process
• Monitor accounts payable to ensure timely invoice payments and manage aging accounts to track outstanding receivables
• Prepare detailed month-end reports to evaluate financial performance
• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records
