Lead the full supply chain process to ensure that the order, tracking and delivery of products comply with the set time and budget, while tracking shipments and addressing any delays • Forecasting supply and demand to prevent overstocking or running out‐of‐stock while preparing reports on purchases, including cost analyses and reviewing the quality of purchased products and performing regular inventory audits • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices, enter purchase details (vendors’ information, invoices and pricing) into internal databases while submitting full detailed reports for review, approval and analysis to upper management • Compare and evaluate suppliers’ offers and negotiate profitable deals while liaising with warehouse staff and other internal teams to test products’ quality (status upon delivery and storage conditions) • Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up‐to‐date with industry trends while researching potential vendors
