- From year 2008, Professor at the Saint- Joseph University of Beirut (USJ)/ Faculty of Sciences (part- time).

- From year 2009 to 2012, Professor at the Al- Kafaat University (AKU)/ Faculty of Food Technology (part- time).

- From year 2019, Professor at the American University of Technology (AUT)/ Faculty of Applied Sciences (part- time). 

Industry (Quality, Safety and Security):

- From year 2016, Egg Quality Inspector and Controller at NASSAR Poultry Farms (Hens Chicken).

- From year 2017, Meat Quality Inspector and Controller at DOUAIHY Poultry Farms (Broiler Chickens).

- From year 2016, Meat and Milk Quality Inspector and Controller at DAHER Small Ruminants Farms (Saanen and Alpine Goats). 

NGOs:

- 2010- now a date, CERDE association (training small and big farmers and consultancy work in Agriculture, Animal Sciences and Food Quality and Security).

- 2019- 2020, GREEN association (training and consultancy work in Agriculture and Animal Sciences).
