Hani Rhayyel

A finance enthusiast who has garnered well-rounded knowledge inmost areas of Business from regular practice. I aspire to reach a time where my methods and approaches are capable of inspiring others, while also being able to act in a philanthropic manner in hopes of leaving a positive impact on this world.My versatility allows me to provide an added value to any position I occupy.

I have been a freelance writer and researcher since 2015, and pride myself in being part of such a large community of professionals who are trying help others create content at an elevated level. Completing an Internship with the UNDP project for fiscal policy advisory and reform at the Lebanese ministry of finance allowed me to gain a lot of skills in areas like public finance, economic trends on both the macro and micro levels, investing, and project management. At the UNDP project, I mainly worked on modelling and analysing oil and gas projects, particularly those relating to the Lebanese sector that was, at the time, still under investigation for potential oil wells. I also worked with creating valuation models on different assets held by the government, and drafting the country’s budget for 2020. The type of work at the project required hefty levels of team-work, which assisted me in enhancing my ability to work within a cohort, while also elevating my interpersonal skills as well. The focus of the internship, however, was on developing my technical skills in areas like financial modelling, MS Office (mainly excel), budgeting, and investment analysis. As for the position as a Junior Accountant at Magic Land, which is a family-owned business in Guangzhou, China, I was tasked with handling and auditing bills and invoices coming from suppliers and customers as well. However, I was also regularly tasked with warehousing activities, like receiving orders, handling inventory, and distributing it clients – most tasks were related to apparel. 

My name is Hani Hasan Rhayyel, and I recently graduated from Phoenicia University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, emphasising my studies in Accounting and Finance mainly.
