I am a proficient engineer with strong academic background holding a Master degree in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University, USA and a Bachelor degree in Chemistry from Lebanese American University. I also have strong leadership, communication, and problem- solving skills that helped me excel in my career. I have technical background being an experienced production and plant manager in various manufacturing industries like detergents, plastics, cements, paints, oil and gas for more than twenty-five years. Also, I am an ISO controller and coordinator for industrial and managerial processes. I am experienced in strategic, improvement, operational, and budget planning as well as resource mobilization and allocation including human resources, recruitment and performance assessment of staff.
My major emphasis is on transformational leadership, quality assurance, monitoring and evaluation, control and risk mitigation, capacity building, policy making, data analysis, and fund raising. During my leadership, I focus on building a healthy culture and generating innovative solutions and data-driven decisions using various resources and tools. Additionally, I have devised and implemented many programs related to health and safety, environment, advocacy, and community outreach, and collaboration. I have participated in various National and International conferences, webinars, seminars, workshops and trainings.
