 Responsible for the sales operations in Iraq, Syria and Lebanon, 
reporting directly to the group CEO. 
 Managing the group turnover of $25 million, by liaising with 
country managers.
 Working out strategies for improving existing systems and 
procedures and follow their implementation.
 Set and review budgets, manage cost elements and present 
analysis to the CEO.
 Supervising along with Logistic manager the movement, 
distribution and storage of goods.
 Planning best routes, analyzing logistic budgets and approve the 
processing of shipments.
 Developing and maintaining trusting relationship with key clients 
to accomplish growth and meet group objectives.
 Managing relationships with key vendors, track pricing and 
evaluate service level.

 Managing a portfolio of 30,000 Mt/year and a turnover of $65 
million and responsible for a team of 2 market managers.
 Liaising the vertical integration between local sales force, 
regional sales team and the business unit.
