Driven by my passion in education, I pursued my studies in the field and earned a Master’s degree in Educational Engineering from the University of Paris IV, Sorbonne. For eighteen years, I have successfully assumed several managerial positions that target positive change in schools’ environments. The wealth of knowledge and experience I gained about various local and international academic programs made me realize the importance of achieving a balance between effective leadership and management in education. Throughout my career, I managed to shape my managerial skills to be become a transformational leader who not only looks to influence others but works diligently to being influenced by them while acknowledging their valuable contribution to help schools surpass challenges related to finance, recruitment, professional development, rigor of academic programs, differentiated learning instructions and quality of education.

My dedication to the field of education combined with my vision of an inclusive educational strategy encouraged me to establish Saliba Educational Engineering “SEE”, an educational consultancy firm that made me earn a sound reputation in the domain of consultancy at the local and international levels. This helped me nurture an enthusiasm and determination to collaborate with pedagogical leadership teams, teachers and staff members to take them in the desired change. As I consider change a dynamic process requiring a partnership among members of the organization, I developed the skill of collaborating with people in conducting research, investigating situations, designing and implementing strategies that assist schools enhancing educational methodologies.

Being committed to excellence in education, I am ready to extend my experience and find opportunities that transform current educational practices in new places and new meanings to ensure that learners from diverse backgrounds and with different and unique needs equally reached.
