i am joanna,, i am 3o year sold , i completed my bachelor degree in translation and i am continuing my studies , i am doing my humanitarian leadership diploma at AUB , i am currently working with International Rescue committee as an protection officer and i completed my 9 yeas of experience in social work and humanitarian sector , i worked with different local and international NGO under emergency response also i worked with child protection ,, protection  , GBV and so many other ,which matches the job description of this position , and i would love to use my experience and all the skills learned and to continue this journey as a social worker

I started my career in 2012 when I first joined Caritas and here, I am now, I worked through many sectors: CP, protection, RST, RSD, registration, I worked as an officer and team leader with WFP program as partner

I worked in ICMC (RST agency) I used to interview beneficiaries, fill assessments, write RRF’s, coordinate with UNHCR to move forward with every application. Follow up with IOM and the out-processing team for the flights details of the files approved 

I worked specifically with the Case management unit, using standards SOPs for CM and I created many databases for each client to ensure the data integrity. I used to provide PSS sessions for women and for street and working children program.

I used to review, identify the protection cases, referrals, provide info sessions 

My background has prepared me to excel in this role. My ability to connect with individuals and establish trusting relationships, along with my strong communication and analytical capabilities, position me to thrive in this challenging field.
