 I had experience  working with different organizations as a teacher, facilitator, coordinator, trainer، and project coordinator. The projects were implemented by a women's and youth empowerment organization and other organizations meant to deal with education whether in schools or outside, and one of our missions was to train them on gender equality and how to become strong and empowered, and how to fill learning loss gaps. The laws and policies of such NGOs are clear to me, which will help me handle all the issues related to your project. I was an instructor at the Lebanese University ،( English department) and was responsible for teaching English courses as an Intensive English courses.
I would describe myself as someone who is adept at planning and implementing methodologies with a keen eye for detail. Combined with my experience, I believe that I can make a valuable contribution to your organization. I see this position as a perfect next step in my career. I was working as a Project Manager at Tatweer Academy in Iraq as well as a focal person for oil companies seeking to build their employees' capacity. In this position, I was responsible for the development of different plans, whether they were working with oil companies or educational ones. I was responsible for preparing and implementing three projects; two for training the employees and one for preparing and launching a learning center under the supervision of the Linguaphone Center in the UK.
