• Conduct standardized tests on food, water in order to ensure compliance with standards and regulations regarding pesticide residues, microbiology and chemistry.
• Examine chemical and biological samples in order to locate bacteria, or extraneous material.
• Provide assistance to food scientists and technologists in research and development and quality control.

• Compute moisture content, percentages of ingredients, formulas, or other product factors, using mathematical

specifications.

It provided my personality the skill necessary to understand and affect the production of food, its packaging, processing and distribution.
