2006 – 2021 Owner Representative/ Director of Construction For   “DEBBAS – LEBANON” – Real Estate Developer  

 Managed luxurious construction projects valued over US$30 million in Beirut and Mount Lebanon.   Directed all aspects of project management and development services, including coordinating and administering design, budgets and construction functions.   Served as key negotiator for all vendor contracts.   Functioned as liaison between architects/consultants and owners.   Allocated necessary project resources including subcontractors, suppliers and company labors.  Lead daily productivity and challenges.  Executed and maintained management processes and disciplines in the areas of scheduling and quality production, communication, cost and procurement management.  Secured certificates of occupancy and inspection tags.    
2001 – 2006  Project Manager / Contracting “SADEER TRADING AND CONTRACTING – LEBANON”  
 Managed construction projects valued over US$50 million including large-scale residential project spread over 500,000 sqm that includes 25 Villas, Sporting Clubs, Tennis Courts and Swimming Pools.   Client Interface and Sub-contractors/suppliers management proposed change orders, analyzed drawings and recommended value engineering.  Developed and monitored construction schedule status and prepared monthly reports.  Created contractors’ punch lists and verified completion.   Facilitated regular project team meetings.  Ensured projects were executed according to approved timelines, cost estimates and quality standards.   

1999 - 2001 Assistant Project Manager / Contracting “AL ZABIN INTERNATIONAL GROUP – LEBANON”  
 Managed the Infrastructure phase development of Al Salam village, 500,000 sqm project, under the supervision of KEO (Kuwait Engineer Office); the project covers 4km roads excavation, retaining walls, sewage, storm water, potable water, electrical/telephone networks, asphalt, 2 treatment plants, water tanks, 2 electrical transformers, waterproofing etc.     

1998 - 1999 Field Engineer / Contracting “OPTIMAL ENGINEERING CONSULTING & CONTRACTING – LEBANON”   
 Managed the concrete batching plant.  Site engineer for the construction of 2 Coastal Collectors.  
 In charge of the demolition by implosion of the “Sheraton Beach Hotel” at “Ain EL Mraisi”; 22 stories demolished in 5 seconds.  

1997 - 1998 Structure Design Engineer / Consultant “BUREAU D’ETUDES RODOLPH MATTAR – LEBANON”  
Member of the design team / restauration / site inspection of:  Gold Souks, blocks S,T,U,V, City center and lot 1015 at the Beirut Central District  Jupiter center at Achrafieh  Villa Ghandour at Yarzeh-Baabda  Municipality of Bteghrine  Residences Saint Ephrem at Achrafieh  Jaber & Beidoun residential building at Ramleh El Bayda  Villa Pierre El Daher at Adma; Libano Arabe building at El Saifi
