I am a 43-year-old Lebanese national and I hold a B.Sc. in Social Sciences and Maitrise in local development from the Lebanese university (LU) and currently enrolled in a graduate program studying MBA. I am versatile and extremely confident of being able to meet any expectations that you may have for me. My skills and attributes include effective, strong leadership ability and confident interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to work with Directors, staff and liaise with ministries and government entities in an effective and compassionate manner, and I demonstrate a high degree of initiative and good judgment. 

After twenty years in the education sector, my involvement in the PPP project in Abu Dhabi, made me realize my leadership and communication skills the most. Whereby, I was responsible of following up with 450 students and training 60 international and local staff to ensure an increased level of sector performance and alignment with Ministry requirements and accreditation agencies recommendations. This successful experience highlighted the importance of leading by example. It also made me believe that the essence of great leadership is influence not authority.
