- A motivated and adaptable Civil Engineer seeking a Procurement Specialist / Senior Quantity Surveyor vacancy to carry out procurement and quantity surveying services for engineering projects, including preparation of Procurement Plan, preparation of Terms of References (TOR) and Request for Proposals (RFP) for Selection of Consultants, and preparation of Bidding Documents (Bidding Instructions, Conditions of Contract, Specifications, Bill of Quantities and Cost Estimates) for Construction and Design-Build projects, and carrying out Technical and Financial Evaluation of submitted Proposals and Bids.
