In my current role as a Head (Acting General Manager) for LEM Maintenance LTD (A Lambert Electromec Company), I am responsible for the effective commercial and operational management of FM services within the client’s premises. With a strong FM background and knowledge of soft and technical services, I am leading a team to deliver a high-quality service to our customers. 

In my previous role as General Manager at LEM Maintenance, I led a team of more than 200 professionals in managing facility operations, maintenance, and renovation projects. Through strategic planning and meticulous attention to detail, I successfully implemented cost-effective solutions that optimized efficiency and improved overall performance. My ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively at all levels of an organization has enabled me to effectively coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to achieve project objectives within established timelines and budgets.
