Ramy Haddad Barouky

Entry level Architectural Designer with various software experience, creative conceptual and design approaches with finical attention to detail, as well as proper knowledge of building rules and regulations. Completing a B.A. in Architecture and trainee in LEED GA training program. Looking to leverage my knowledge and experience into a role as Entry Level Architect

From a young age, I started working in various fields, as most Lebanese youngsters do, and throughout those years, I have developed various skills, whether from communication, team work, leadership, and most importantly time management. All these experiences are mentioned in my CV.

In my third year as an Architecture student, I started my first internship at Beeld in Achrafieh, where I had to implement what I have learned in college, such as site analysis, proper architectural drafting, as well as proposing designs.
The next year I enrolled in another internship at Zein Engineering in Kfarhbab, where more advanced tasks were required from me, such as negotiating with our offshore partners, conduct BOQs, implement the building rules and regulations on old and new licenses, site visits and checkups, as well as coordinating with the firms engineers.

During my 6 years of education and implementation, I have required skills in various software such as Rhino, Autocad, Lumion, Revit, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, and Grasshopper.

During my 6 years at NDU, I fell more and more in love with architecture through every project brief given, from small residential houses, to medium rise centers and galleries, all the way to big commercial towers and auditoriums Each project taught me how to use each obstacle as a defining curve and unique feature that will help mold the design and concept of the architecture. Throughout the years, each course showed all the different aspects that we will find in our careers, especially the detailing and regulations. I was proud to be mentioned in my dean's honor list, as well as be a well respected and appreciated student amongst all my instructors, who are all very satisfied of my skills and style as an architect.
