Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with key suppliers to source high quality electro-mechanical and HVAC products.
-Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to meet project requirements and client budgets.
-Conduct meetings with suppliers to gather critical data and latest updates in their products and software.
-Perform products technical selections and performance calculations based on given data and schedules.
-Conduct cost calculations and manage risk assessments to provide accurate and reliable DDP cost estimates.
-Prepare and audit quotations, compliance sheets and material submittals.
-Guide teammates to work more efficiently, fix their problems and upskill them.
-Make strategic decisions, master the workflow and serve as the voice of the team.
-Coordinate with all other branches, act as the point person to make sure everyone’s on the same page.
-Research and sourced new suppliers to enhance product quality and cost efficiency.
-Manage order processing and coordinate with the logistics team to track shipments ensuring timely delivery.
-Provide sales engineers with technical consulting, pricing discounts and strategic guidance.
-Attend meetings with clients when needed to answer their technical questions and reply to comments.
-Collaborate with top management to conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective and preventiveactions, and ensure continuous compliance with ISO certification standards.
