• Managing overall operations of 5 departments: Procurement, Production, Maintenance, Quality and Logistics
• Managing international (raw materials) & local purchasing team by ensuring proper execution of procurement policies & procedures and within budget limits (also covering purchases of 3 trading sister companies: NUTRIMED, UNITED & CIPAV)
• Managing Plant production team by ensuring effective, successful and safe usage of production lines (powder & liquid), production plan execution and reports

• Managing Logistics team by ensuring appropriate documentation of shipments, ETS, ETA, clearance follow up and transportation of raw materials into Plant, costumers’ deliveries as per sales order, stocks inventories accuracy and reports
• Analyzing and improving organizational procedures, processes and workflows
• Setting annual operating plan strategy in alignment with direct departments, owning and managing overall budget plan and expenses
• Coordinating with stakeholders to determine mission, and plans for short and long-term goals (OMP)
• Setting performance measures development plan for all levels (KPIs)
• Setting operation reviews meetings to ensure proper execution of actions
• Liaising among different departments to create coordinated plans for business growth
• Managing and minimizing the operational risks that could affect or interrupt the Supply Chain processes
• Finding cost-effective solutions for Supply Chain processes
• Evaluating and reporting on all KPI’s across the company
