I am a curious and communicative person, I like to seek new solutions and include the diversity and inclusion perspective into my leadership behaviors, as well as the everyday work. 

I would like to invest my experience, training, and my passion in property/facilities management related tasks and challenges, which I have gained during the last 14 years, to be able to be part of a big organization and have the chance to make a difference.

After a career change of 13 years in automobile industry, by holding the position of “Sites Manager” during 3 years in one of the leading TV/Media firms in Lebanon, “MTV”, my next challenge was to embrace the position of a Property/Facilities & Security Manager, since 2012, at one of the prestigious French schools in Lebanon, “Grand Lycée Franco Libanais”, which was one of the biggest challenging tasks of my career, namely since I have been recruited to follow-up/coordinate with the new construction sites and renovation projects that took place during the next 5 years, covering more than 7 buildings.

During that period, I have been able to balance between my tasks as a Property Manager as well as a Security Manager, whereas I was able to efficiently cope with the enormous challenges that I have to deal with on daily bases, from solving frequently occurring problems during progressive construction/renovation work, adopting with consistent changes/challenges throughout each project, and to successfully cope with the safety complexity issues, covering more than 10,000sqm in a school community including 14 buildings involving more than 3,500 student, 2,000 visitor/day and more than 400 employees, with zero accident rate.
