10 years of experience as a Senior Architect. I am loyal, hard-working, professional, and conscientious. My passion lies in achieving the highest degree of quality in design while meeting the sustainability, functionality, and aesthetical aspect of the project, and I achieve this by working closely with other people within my team. I also make sure I obtain a clear brief from my manager or supervisor as to what they want me to achieve whilst working in the role I am employed. 

I am a Senior Architect at Samir Khairallah & Partners Architects Planners Engineers. I Report directly to the Head of the Department, leading a team of between 3-4 architects as per projects size and needs. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Controls project to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
• Design feasibility reports and proposals along with the design manager.
• Identifies clients’ needs and develops corresponding ideas tackling client’s needs, building usage, and environmental impact.
• Produces detailed blueprints (preliminary designs, construction drawings, architectural details & documents, specifications, cost estimates, schematics, and renderings,) and performs necessary corrections.
• Performs site visits to check on project status, reports on the project, and approves all technical submittals and shop drawings.
• Cooperates and liaises with construction professionals (Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and specialist consultants, subcontractors, architects, and client’s agents).
• Compiles project specifications and keeps projects within budgets and timelines.
• Ensures that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes (NFPA, French Code...) guidelines, fire regulations, and other ordinances.
• Attends meetings as required.

Key Achievements: 

• Successfully completed 3 projects going through all stages from conceptual phase until execution phase.
• Achieved project delivery 3 weeks ahead of schedule and with a 5 % cost budget reduction. Thus increasing my company’s profit.
