As an adaptable and versatile educator, I have had the privilege of working f 4-5 years long with a diverse range of students, including those with ADHD/ADD, learning difficulties, Down syndrome, hearing impairments, and dyslexia. These experiences have shaped me into a well-rounded and compassionate individual who takes each student’s unique goals, needs, and interests into account. I am adept at creating effective lesson plans and activities tailored to their specific requirements.

I am proficient at accommodating all learning styles, developing multisensory lesson plans to cater to auditory, visual, tactile, and kinesthetic learners, and incorporating technology when necessary. Collaborating closely with teachers, I have assisted in planning lesson strategies, organizing tasks, and addressing gaps left by classroom sessions. I've also provided one-on-one support to students, both inside and outside the classroom, and worked collaboratively with parents to guide them in implementing effective teaching techniques at home.

My approach is characterized by a friendly yet firm demeanor, excellent communication, and strong interpersonal skills that have proven invaluable throughout my professional journey. Beyond my skills, I possess a deep passion for ensuring that every student receives individualized praise and encouragement, fostering motivation and preventing frustration or dropout.

Through my career experience I
realized that this job position best fits my skills and personality, and I honestly gave my best
performance in such a position. Being an adaptable and versatile educator, I have enjoyed the
opportunity to work with a diverse group of children, including those with ADHD/ADD,, learning difficulties, down syndrome, hearing difficulties, and
dyslexia. These experiences have helped me blossom into a well-rounded and compassionate
individual who takes each student’s unique goals, needs, and interests into account, and creates
effective lesson plans and activities to accommodate them.
I can facilitate all styles of learners. I develop multi-sensory lesson plans to direct the needs of
auditory, visual, tactile, and kinesthetic learners with the use of technology as well. I have
worked closely with teachers on planning lesson plans, organizing suitable tasks, and strategies
for implementation; with students inside and outside the classroom (one-on-one sessions); on
filling the gaps that classroom sessions leave. Moreover, I worked with parents by guiding and
helping them find suitable teaching techniques appropriate for their child at home. I have a
friendly yet firm attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills that have
proved invaluable for my professional career.
Apart from all this, I have a strong passion to help students. My concern is that every student
receives individualized praise and encouragement, ensuring that he/she remains motivated and
does not become frustrated or quit.

I have a Master’s degree in Special and Inclusive Education from The University of Nottingham in the UK. I also did my Bachelo’s degree in Elementary Education in the Lebanese American University in Beirut
