Theodore de Mar Youssef

I am a Lebanese attorney, member of the Beirut Bar Association since 1995 as a trainer lawyer and since 1998 as an advocate. Since 1995, my main practice areas include litigation (commercial and civil matters) and contracts law. Completing my training period, a move that I did joining El MEOUCHI Law Firm, one of the top law firms in Lebanon, permitted me to enlarge my field of experience with a Firm that represents local and foreign clients, majority of them are Banks and giant corporations. 

The role of a Senior Legal Advisor/Advocate, is very appealing to me and would make a challenge to prove myself at any new position. 

My key strengths that would support my success include:

• I have successfully assisted legal firms and banks in resolving litigation files, as well in drafting several types of contracts, minutes of companies’ incorporation or general assemblies and board of directors.

My professional experience started at different law firms then and till now as in house lawyer. To start as an advocate who handled different types of litigations and to write different minutes of general assemblies and board of directors and article of associations, helped me to succeed as an in-house advisor for two big Lebanese banks.
