Passionate about what I do, and with more than 8 years of experience in Information Technology’s both technical & software industries, I have humbly acquired a decent amount of expertise on which I can rely for future progress and advancement. My focus now is on Product Ownernership & Business Analysis, enthusiastic about working hand-in-hand with developers and users to produce requirements and specifications that accurately reflect business needs and are technologically achievable.

One of my key achievements is that I was able to design several software modules that helped facilitate internal work and workflow that optimized the productivity for both the institution and end-users.

Furthermore, I am a multitasker who is used to working under pressure on several projects at the same time with the ability to deliver. In addition to Product Ownernership & Business Analysis, I have experience in managing internal information systems, provide end-users with training and support, software testing, project & time management.

Not to forget and keeping my technical IT skills in mind, I have solid knowledge in networking topology & infrastructure, along with the requirements to have an up and running IT environment.

I believe that self-progress and advancement never had a limit and will never do. Therefore, I continuously develop myself by constantly reading and attending extracurricular courses to enhance my knowledge and broaden my thinking manners.

With a BS degree in Information Technology and Computing, along with strong experience in business analysis, product ownership, and user training, while possessing an understanding of project management and the full lifecycle of designing, supervising, and administrating software systems, I find myself dynamic with the ability to fill several positions.
