Interior Architect Designer / Lamaica Pro – Wood design

- Planning and designing all kind of wood work from entire kitchens, bedrooms, and living rooms’ furniture; including TV units, cabinets, closets, coffee tables, libraries, office desks, etc… 

- Designing and executing Fit out works to accommodate newly housed spaces, and/or introducing new designs into existing furnished houses.

- Taking into account all the accessories needed for each design and its elements in respect to its location, usage, and clients’ budget.

- Making each design suitable specifically to their respected users to accommodate their life style, habits, daily routines, and more importantly to fit out their need.

- Supervising the execution process within the factory till completion, delivery, and installation.

- Working as a freelance Architect designing residential building plans and designs, as well as preparing necessary drawings for construction permits and execution.

- Designing a roof top apartment and supervising the construction process till completion.

- Following up with all the fit out work, from the designing phase till execution.

- Designing and executing the interior wood work as well as the furniture.

- Urban Analysis/ Planning on Beddawi Camp; including surveying  the roads and buildings as built, highlighting opportunities and best locations’ needs and problems, coming up with strategic planning and feasible projects for camp improvement.

- Gathering all information from GIS through a Socio –Economic survey.

- Forming thematic maps and analyzing them such as potential sites, availability, entrances, street lighting, urban fabric with the surrounding area, etc…

- Infrastructure: surveying the as built infrastructure lines and adding new designs and lanes for storm water lines, sewage lines, and water distribution lines.

- Shelter Rehabilitation program: going on site visits to do a physical assessment of shelters to evaluate their status if damaged or lacking in essential elements (such as water supply in kitchens and bathrooms as well as their condition, adequate walls and windows, ventilation and lighting, etc…) and designing solutions as per each specified problem within our ability and policy in Beddawi Camp.
