·Redirecting network support requests to the concerned associate of the IT support team
·Taking care of the deployment and redeployment of PCs and their associated peripherals along with the existing equipment
·Installing and configuring operating systems as per the agreed standards
·Marinating the existing PCs and all the other associated peripherals by performing new installations, upgrades and checkup procedures. ·User administration (setup and maintaining account)
·Quickly arrange repair for hardware in occasion of hardware failure
·Update system as soon as new version of OS and application software comes out
