    Sales Consultant - Construction Materials

    Job Summary :-

    Are you a driven and results-oriented individual with a passion for the construction industry? If so, we are looking for a talented Sales Consultant to join our team In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business relationships, generating sales leads, and exceeding sales targets. You will build strong relationships with contractors, builders, and other construction professionals, providing them with expert advice and ensuring they have the materials they need to succeed.

    Responsibilities :-

  • Develop and implement territory sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas.
  • Prospect and qualify new leads, identify customer needs, and recommend the most appropriate construction materials and solutions.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations, highlighting product features and benefits.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and maintain excellent customer service.
  • Provide ongoing support to existing customers and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and maintain detailed customer records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics) to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.Requirements :-
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales consultant role, preferably within the construction materials industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals.
  • Strong understanding of construction materials and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a strong work ethic.
