    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience across all communication channels.

    Additionally, you will be responsible for accurately and promptly entering customer invoices, ensuring all billing information is correct and in compliance with company policies and client agreements.

    Qualifications

    • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.

    • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    • Empathetic and patient with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
