Job summary

Assisting the HR Recruiter in sourcing candidates, posting job vacancies, sorting and screening candidate resumes, scheduling phone or in-person interviews, addressing candidate queries, sending out acceptance or rejection emails, performing candidate background checks, participating and networking at recruiting events, using recruiting software, maintaining and updating candidate database, updating the Ideal Structure, identifying potential candidates, reviewing applications, evaluating applicant skills, conducting reference checks, preparing employment offers, following up with required documents, following up with probation period process, preparing acceptance of resignation, and ensuring off-boarding process is completed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven work experience as a Junior Recruiter, HR Intern, or a similar role in the Human Resources department
  • Familiarity with recruiting software like LinkedIn
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic languages

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the HR Recruiter in sourcing candidates
  • Posting job vacancies on various job boards and social media channels
  • Sorting and screening candidate resumes
  • Scheduling phone or in-person interviews
  • Addressing candidate queries and assisting them with the interview process
  • Sending out acceptance or rejection emails to candidates
  • Performing candidate background checks and handling any paperwork activities
  • Participating and networking at various recruiting events
  • Using recruiting software to manage candidate applications and other recruitment activities
  • Maintaining and updating candidate database
  • Updating the Ideal Structure as per Tawfeer Guidelines
  • Identify potential candidates in line with the recruitment plan and coordinate the same with the concerned HOD; Review applications and CVs; Evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations based on the applicant qualifications & preliminary interview as well as conduct reference checks on possible candidates.
  • Prepare employment offers and contracts after completion of the selection process.
  • Following up with the required documents of the new joiners.
  • Following up with the Probation Period process, including the preparation of probation confirmation.
  • Prepare Acceptance of Resignation, and ensure the Off-Boarding process is completed.
