Job summary
Deliver integrated talent communications across internal and external audiences Deliver innovative talent communications initiatives across internal employee audiences and external talent touchpoints Bring fresh ideas and thoughtful experimentation to community engagement while ensuring alignment with the firms people narrative brand voice business priorities and firm policies Shape how leadership messages firm updates and cultural narratives are communicated internally to build understanding engagement and trust Translate the firms people narrative and employee value proposition (EVP) into engaging campaigns content and storytelling across talent touchpoints Ensure talent communications are authentic credible compelling and consistent aligning internal talent messaging with the external employer brand
- Determine what types of information should be shared about employees through various channels
- Develop strategies for communicating this information in a way that resonates with different audiences including employees current candidates potential hires investors shareholders clients media partners etc.
