    Ensure management of the foreign currency exchange risks by monitoring foreign currency movements, conducting forward booking and purchasing currency derivative products.

    Maintain relationships with major financial institutions to manage the cost of funds by sourcing low cost borrowings for business operations.

    Monitor the working capital funds on a day to day basis and obtain favourable rating for the raising debt.

    Provide research activities for analysis of:

    • The direction of markets, and the relative attractions of investments in different sectors.
    • The trends in real estate markets and the relative attractions of investments in different geographies/ projects.
    • The impact of economic influences on each industry and potential market-moving events.

    • The macroeconomic factors that influence the economies of countries in Middle East and throughout the world.

    • Implement cash management, project Cash Flow of the Company and monitor the same on a regular basis.

    Provide analysis of overall (cross industry/ geography) investment opportunities and provide required information to manager.

    Ensure compliance to internal control process for investments.

    Provide analysis on investments made and assist in the preparation of investment reports.

    Assist in the monthly fixed assets procedures including maintaining the Fixed Assets master file to ensure the accurate tracking of all fixed assets throughout Tawfeer.

    Assist in the preparation of the monthly journal vouchers and batches for entry of monthly recurring financial transactions related to fixed accounting expenses into the General Ledger such as: Depreciation Expense, Transfers, and Capitalizations.

    Receive invoices of fixed assets in order to match with the addition/capitalization of a new fixed asset into the system.

    Assist in the capture asset-specific information including; asset category, asset description, cost, depreciation rate, location, and owner information as required.

    Assist in the in the preparation of a physical count committee for Fixed Assets.

    Assist in creating fixed assets reports for management related to depreciations, transfers, write-offs, sale, and new assets (i.e. the fixed assets movement schedule).

    Implement validation of purchase requisitions (related to fixed assets) from various user departments. Validate that proper approval is obtained on capital expenditure form.

    Assist in the monitoring of Tawfeer s corporate fixed assets registration and tagging process and ensure that it complies with approved fixed assets policies.

    Ensure that asset location and movement control is properly followed, and that the system is also updated.

    Implement the maintenance results on fixed assets accordingly for extending the life of assets.

    Assist in the year end and period end fixed assets sub ledger closing activities as per the Fixed Assets policies and procedures.

    Perform ad-hoc and other duties related to the job as assigned by Direct Manager.
