My nature of job is an organized Sales Manager with 12+ years sales experience. Proven track record of implementing successful sales programs to exceed company goals. as well as it includes many aspects such as ensuring that all Account Executives meet or exceed all activities standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes. Setting examples for Account Executives in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits. Conduct regular coaching and counseling with Account Executives to build motivation and selling skills. Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction through market analysis for the station based on MIDT, BO, PAXIS, corporate deal performance, cabin revenue, airport statistics etc and then to penetrate trade as well as corporate thereby to generate new source of revenue. Besides I have hands on experience in preparation of business plan, comparing the overall station performance to suggest any corrective measures if there are any revenue deficits as required and expected.
