I am a medical doctor with strong research background, I have completed my master in public health and serving as peer reviewer to many medical journals. 

Currently, I am working as medical doctor at UNRWA 

 I worked as obstetrics consultant at Médecins Sans Frontières – South Beirut project- Lebanon. I have joined MSF since 2016. 

In the past years, I have shared in making many protocols about medical management of different topics then I did represent many of these protocols to supervisors and managers and after their approval, workshops were done, and I have shared in discussing and sharing the information with all concerned staff.

For the care for COVID 19 patients, I have shared in making the draft of early protocols then we updated the protocols with the evidence-based medicine and guidelines from prominent medical societies especially the WHO recommendations as we were passing through the pandemic. 

I have read the job requirements and I am very passionate to join this position. I am ready to start working independently and make the basic drafts after carrying the basic assessment of the situation and determining the needs and ultimate goals to be covered in the curriculum. I used to be timely in handling all required reports and absolutely will match your expectations as well. 

Teaching wise, I was responsible, during my residency in obstetrics and gynecology, to supervise the medical students in clinical rounds, guide them through different scenarios and do case discussions with them as well as leading the weekly journal clubs and grand rounds, especially in my senior year. In fact, teaching is in the heart of the residency program where doctors in training themselves are the key for disseminating knowledge and skills to junior ones. So, in my second year for example, I was responsible for teaching clinical skills and discuss cases/knowledge with the first-year medical residents. 

For the sake of professional development in this domain, I have completed an online course in medical education, titled “Instructional methods in Health Professions Education”, provided by University of Michigan.   

As a doctor caring for the health of individuals in every community, I absolutely believe that the contributions that will impact the health of communities (population-based) should be within my goals to achieve in life. This position will enable me to leave a thumbprint that many and many individuals will benefit from it, and I am very thrilled to join it.
