                                    Project Manager – Resident Engineer

• Lead a comprehensive Team of Engineers of all trades and experiences
• Discharge Team’s duties and responsibilities relating to site supervision, Contract administration, Submittals, Inquiries, Work Programs, Shop drawings, Inspections, Testing Plans and Results, making sure they are fully informed of rules, regulations and processes
• Provide technical support and managerial guidance 
• Make sure Team watches over compliance with codes, standards, project documents, Specifications, Quality Assurance and Quality control plans
• Closely Supervise, Follow up, Review and Guide Team’s daily work, providing them with all necessary approved documents, info and updates 
• Interface and Integrate with all interfacing Consultants, Authorities and Employer
• Conduct, Chair and Minute Progress, Technical, Coordination and Construction meetings with all relevant parties
• Attend regular briefings to advise contractors of the roles of all parties, reporting procedures, information flow and project status

• Promote commitment to Health, Safety and Environment Policies and Project associated plans, ensuring safe and healthy environment for all stake holders
• Assist Employer to develop and manage a document management system via collaboration software Aconex
• Provide Contractual, Technical and Budgetary Support, Assessment of Variations, Claims, Substitution requests and Extension of time claims; raise reports and recommendations.
• Establish, maintain, monitor and keep updating a project record inclusive of all relevant documents
• Advise Employer on arrangements for Handing Over and Taking Possession of assets, along with identification and categorization of defects, non-conformances and outstanding works,
