Having 15+ years of heavy experience working in huge firms across UAE, UK, Greece, Malta, Tunis. I've gained lots of knowledge in IT Support, IT Operations, Service Delivery, and Projects executions. I have been always diligent and successful in all the roles, besides gaining managements’ trust across my professional career. I am in an avid search for new challenges throughout diverse environments that would eventually append to my background and add more value to me. 

I was able to manage, administer, support all Dubai Healthcare city Clinics, hospitals, centers by developing the first platform that control all their healthcare reports, clinical cases, and IT requests. Also, building new features and IT solutions for Data integration between DHCC servers and Dubai authority to ensure seamless user experiences. Working remotely and on site to manage all IT issues, from administration to management level.

Bachelor Degree of Computer Engineer since 2006, after that I've got several certifications : Technical ( Microsoft, Oracle,CISCO, Google, HP, IBM, APPLE), Procurement ( Unicef ) , healthcare, IT business management ( ITIL - Dubai KV ), Negotiation ( Michigan University ).
