1. Managing design process from concept to final styling
2. Conducting market research to identify new trends, techniques, and seeking design

10. Work with the brand team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
11. Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions with the Customer care and Sales teams pre or to launching any collection
12. Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure all products are brand appropriate.
13. Supervise the department's daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines .
14. Provide Items names, fabric description for the website and social media.
15. Provide advice when choosing the new collections, and dividing the presentation of
items to be photographed and displayed (in stores and Social media portals ) based on
the items priority , season and market demands
16. Coordinate and choosing each collection photos and final designs for website, social
media and other platforms to be approved by management before any display.
17. Coordinate and designing and choosing the overall design of the studio to meet the
requirements of the approved mood board of any collection.
18. Follow up with the art direction team and Art Director during each photo session
19. Follow up the purchasing process and the change of labeling and shipping.
