● Meeting and exceeding financial and growth objectives (11% average yearly market share growth, for example).
● Increasing annual revenue by 50-188% and net profit by 10-36% year on year through:
➢ Implementing a semi-annual marketing and sales plan.
➢ Adding two new business lines to the organization (electronics and IT accessories).
➢ Reducing the cost of goods (on average by 8%) by negotiating new contracts with vendors and suppliers and hiring new domestic and foreign suppliers.
➢ Extending the reach of the group market to 11 retail locations, 2 supermarkets, and 3 wholesale outlets.
● By developing and maintaining business and operation processes, guidelines, and procedures, employees' and line managers' individual performance increased by an average of 30% for workers and 15% for managers (based on predetermined measures of anticipated KPIs).
● By establishing inventory control procedures and continuously monitoring logistics, the depletion cost will be reduced by 60%.
● Establish an ownership bonus and incentive scheme for all business endeavors (mainly 2 of 3 new operational & business initiatives came from line managers and employees).
● The average rise in net profit was 14.1%. (Of accumulated capital: direct supervision of all budget decisions insuring that they are aligned with pricing and profit guidelines).
