بصفتي محاميًا متدرّبًا ومرشّحًا لنيل الدكتوراه في القانون وعضوًا في نقابة المحامين في بيروت، أعمل حاليًا في مكتب الأستاذ أسعد أبو جودة حيث أقدّم الدعم القانوني عبر إجراء أبحاث معمّقة وصياغة مذكرات ودعاوى ومتابعة ملفات القضايا. إلى جانب ذلك، أتولى عن بُعد رئاسة قسم الشركات في مكتب المحامية لاين مطر في باريس، حيث أقدّم استشارات استراتيجية لعملاء دوليين تتعلّق بالهياكل القانونية، الامتثال والضرائب، إضافة إلى تسجيل وإدارة الشركات الأجنبية في فرنسا. عملي يجمع بين الممارسة العملية والبحث الأكاديمي، ما يمنحني خبرة متكاملة في القانون المقارن، القانون الدولي، وقانون الأعمال.

As a trainee lawyer and PhD candidate in law, and a member of the Beirut Bar Association, I currently work at Assaad Abou Jaoudé Law Firm, where I conduct in-depth legal research, draft pleadings and memoranda, and support case management. In parallel, I head the Corporate Department at Mattar Law Firm in Paris (remotely from Lebanon), providing strategic legal advice to international clients on corporate structures, compliance, and taxation, while overseeing the registration and management of foreign companies in France. My work combines practical legal practice with academic research, allowing me to build strong expertise in comparative law, international law, and business law.

خلال مسيرتي المهنية، اكتسبت خبرة متنوّعة بين بيروت وباريس. أعمل محاميًا متدرّبًا في مكتب الأستاذ أسعد أبو جودة حيث أساهم في الأبحاث القانونية وصياغة العقود والمذكرات ومتابعة القضايا. بالتوازي، أتولى رئاسة قسم الشركات في مكتب المحامية لاين مطر في باريس عن بُعد، حيث أقدّم استشارات استراتيجية لعملاء دوليين وأشرف على تسجيل وإدارة الشركات الأجنبية. كما سبق لي أن تدربت في مصرف لبنان، ما أضاف لي معرفة عملية في الشأن المصرفي والسياسات المالية. هذه التجارب منحتني رؤية متكاملة تجمع بين الممارسة العملية والبحث الأكاديمي في القانون المقارن والدولي.

Throughout my career, I have gained diverse experience between Beirut and Paris. I currently serve as a trainee lawyer at Assaad Abou Jaoudé Law Firm, where I handle legal research, contract drafting, and case follow-up. In parallel, I head the Corporate Department at Mattar Law Firm in Paris remotely, providing strategic advice to international clients and overseeing the registration and management of foreign companies. I also completed an internship at the Central Bank of Lebanon, which enriched my knowledge of banking operations and monetary policy. These experiences have shaped a well-rounded profile that combines practical legal practice with academic research in comparative and international law.

حصلت على ماجستير في القانون الدولي والأوروبي باختصاص "الأعمال وحقوق الإنسان" من جامعة باريس-ساكلاي، إضافة إلى ماجستير أول في القانون المقارن اللبناني-الفرنسي من الجامعة اللبنانية حيث تابعت أيضًا دراستي في الإجازة. حاليًا أتابع أطروحة دكتوراه في القانون حول الامتثال والمسؤولية الاجتماعية في القطاع المصرفي اللبناني ومكافحة تبييض الأموال.

I hold a Master’s degree in International and European Law with a specialization in Business and Human Rights from Paris-Saclay University, as well as a Master 1 in Comparative Lebanese-French Law from the Lebanese University, where I also completed my Bachelor of Law. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Law, focusing on compliance, corporate social responsibility in the Lebanese banking sector, and anti-money laundering.
