  • Championed the expansion of our manufacturing facility’s portfolio, by initiating contact with suppliers of raw material and primary packaged medicines, to registration, manufacturing and marketing. Launched 6 new brands in S1 2023, achieving 128% turnover vs budget.
  • Revitalized underperforming product portfolio and drove revenue growth. Conducted regional planning efforts to identify market trends, regional health policy trends and market conditions. Developed a strategic plan to reposition and enhance existing products, as well as identify new market opportunities. Successfully executed product revitalization initiatives, leading to a 14% increase in sales revenue within 6 months.
