SENIOR HR GENERALIST
• Draft and update the Job Descriptions of the Group
after conducting the appropriate Job Analysis
techniques and get the approval of the job holder,
direct manager and Group Head of HR
• Update on a regular basis the organizational structures
of Legal Entities, and share it with concerned
management for validation and implementation on
the HRIS
• Handle the development and implementation of the
employee handbook and new personnel policies and
procedures in close coordination with the Head of HR
• Assist the Group Head of HR in completing the yearly
budget exercise in coordination with the Accounting
Department
• Monitor the proper implementation of the
Performance Management Process, while ensuring
managers are trained on staff members’ assessment
using the Group Performance Management Appraisal
System.
• Assist the Group Head of HR in the Talent
Identification process in terms of managers’ training
