With over 23 years of experience in airport operations and sales, I have successfully managed airport services, optimized operations, and driven revenue growth across the Levant, Gulf, and Africa regions. Currently, as Country Manager at Middle East Airlines, I lead all airport and sales operations in Ghana, overseeing passenger and cargo handling, ensuring compliance with international aviation standards, and fostering strong relationships with regulatory authorities and industry stakeholders. During my tenure, I achieved a 45% revenue growth by implementing effective operational and sales strategies, while also managing large-scale initiatives, such as the evacuation of over 10,000 Lebanese nationals from Abidjan during a political crisis.

Previously, as Hajj Administrator, I ensured seamless operations for thousands of passengers during the annual pilgrimage, coordinating closely with Saudi Civil Aviation authorities to meet regulatory and logistical requirements. I have also represented MEA as a member of key industry organizations, including the Airlines Operators Committee (AOC), Board of Airlines Ghana (BARGH), and IATA APJC and LFCAG in Ghana. My leadership roles have consistently demonstrated my ability to streamline operations, lead diverse teams, and deliver measurable results in challenging environments.

I hold an MSc in Operations and Supply Chain Management from Liverpool University, UK (2019), providing me with advanced expertise in operational efficiency and strategic planning. Additionally, I earned a BS in Political and Administrative Science from Lebanese University, Beirut (2000), equipping me with a solid foundation in organizational management and governance.
