  • Manage Cash flow and treasury for group companies and consolidation
  • Prepare the budgets and analysis for group companies and consolidation
  • Assist in Auditing activities by providing all the necessary information and preparing the requested documentations, external audit coordination and administration
  • Review, recommend and follow the execution of changes to existing accounting procedures
  • Follow all the issues with Ministry of Finance inspectors (meetings – Respond to the initial audit results with all the correct arguments resulting from successive experiences – organize the objection to tax information - …)
  • Advise CEO regarding the tax code while issuance of new agreements or contracts
  • Analyze the defaults in the company work procedure and recommend effective resolutions
  • Create and follow the development of new trends for the benefit of the company
  • Manage the communication with the customers because I believe that they are one of the key elements that maintain the success of the company
