As a certified Personal Trainer with over 6 years of extensive experience in exercise programming, nutrition counselling, and client motivation, I possess a strong knowledge of exercise science, injury prevention, EMC, as well as excellent communication skills. I am proficient in utilizing technology and electronic medical records (EMRs) to create personalized workout and nutrition plans that help clients achieve their fitness goals.
