  • Head the design, development and management of diverse interior and architectural projects.
  • Formulate concepts and coordinated the pre-project, planning and design stage.
  • Compose plans, sections, elevations, wall sections, details, shop drawings and all materials requested for the different phases of the project using AutoCAD 2D-3D, and 3D modeling.
  • Lead meetings with clients, consultants and suppliers to discuss the projects, the contract, the problems, the materials.
  • Design and develop projects including interior and exterior architectural projects, the contract, the problems and the materials
  • Ensure that the work on site is well done by providing the consultant all the details and drawings, also by making weekly sites meetings
  • Manage permit drawings according to the Lebanese regulation law and design.
  • Supervise the creation and preparation of construction documents for the executions phase.
  • Member of the recruitment process; to hire architect and interior designers so they can be part of the team.
  • Supervise the involved team through onsite visitations.
  • Direct a small team and trained new members. 
  • Render projects using 3DsMax, V-ray and Photoshop.
