To whom it may concern 

I have a long experience in managing, training, and guiding staff members/ students, which is also a passionate matter for me. I approach my work with the conviction that students must be nurtured and prepared to face a fast-changing world that will look very different from ours in terms of technology and employability requirements. 

I bring over twenty years of experience in the educational domain (administrating and teaching) and ten years at SABIS (Military High School) in the UAE, including basic knowledge of the American, British, and IB Curricula.  I have also recently bolstered my working experience by earning a Master's degree in "Educational Leadership" from a reputable University in Beirut--Lebanon and having a business degree and a well-rounded & solid technology background. 

             I understand very well that success is achieved through collaboration and cooperation between all team members. It demands that we meet challenges with an open mind, a disciplined approach, and with a high ethical compass, especially when dealing with young minds.  It is our responsibility to create a positive nurturing environment that is stable and proactive where staff members can share their ideas and have a say in what is going on simply because staff members usually are intrinsically motivated when their ideas are taken seriously.
