    "We are seeking an organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to oversee the dayto-day operations of our landscaping services. This role involves coordinating project schedules, managing logistics, overseeing field teams, ensuring quality control, and maintaining client relations. The ideal candidate will have a background in operations management within the landscaping or related industry, with strong organizational and communication skills.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee landscaping projects to ensure timely, budget-compliant completion and client satisfaction.
    • Schedule field teams, equipment, and materials efficiently for each project.
    • Monitor progress and enhance project efficiency and productivity.
    • Ensure transparent communication with clients, offering timely updates and addressing concerns.
    • Formulate and enforce operational policies to boost efficiency.
    • Procure plants and materials, maintaining strong supplier relationships for favorable terms.
    • Ensure all job sites comply with safety standards and regulations.
    • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and contractors for competitive pricing.
    • Generate and assess operational reports for accuracy and operational efficiency.
    • Manage team scheduling and client communications effectively.
    • Serve as the primary contact, ensuring effective team communication and information flow.
    • Implement systems for project tracking to optimize team performance.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in operations, logistics, or a similar role within the landscaping, agriculture, or related industry.
    • 3+ years of experience in operations or project management, preferably in landscaping, agriculture, or a related industry.
    • Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.
    • Effective communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work early mornings and adapt to changing schedules.
    • Proficiency with office communication tools and inventory management software
