As enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, and responsible junior professional, my skills and potentialallow me to work wellboth in a team environment on different fast-paced projects as well as using my own initiative. My professional progressis driven by my belief in my courageto experience new challenges and to developexpertise, specifically in artificial intelligence.

During my professional journey, I have held various roles that have honed my skills and expertise in different areas. As a Data Entry Assistant at Choueifat School in Lebanon from April 2022 to July 2022, I provided crucial administrative support by handling data entry tasks, including academic grades and students' information.

As a Private Teacher at Bchamoun Institution, Lebanon, between November 2019 and April 2020, I had the privilege of delivering engaging lessons to secondary school students. Additionally, I conducted student assessments and prepared them thoroughly for Lebanese Official Exams, ensuring their academic success.

My experience as a Computer Science Intern at ISS Software Hive, ICC group company, in Beirut, Lebanon, since June 5, 2023, has been invaluable. During this internship, I have been dedicated to expanding my knowledge by studying K2 online courses on Nintex University, earning certifications, and solving online quizzes. Moreover, I have actively contributed by building form templates for Product Development Requests on Nintex Workflow Cloud and creating a chatbot plugin using ReactJs. Additionally, I have been involved in the organization's SharePoint lists, further enhancing my technical capabilities.

Presently, as an E-commerce Operations Manager at LACITEE's Shopify store in Ottawa, Canada, since March 5, 2023, I have been responsible for writing product descriptions that captivate potential customers. Additionally, I handle the preparation and scheduling of engaging content on Instagram, including posts, reels, and stories, to increase brand visibility. My proficiency in conducting product research has also been an asset in optimizing the store's offerings.

Similarly, as an E-commerce Operations Manager at ACEARRIVALS' Shopify store in New York, USA, starting from June 5, 2023, I am actively involved in product research and providing top-notch customer service. My dedication to promptly replying to customer emails ensures a positive and satisfying shopping experience for each customer.

These diverse experiences have equipped me with a wide range of skills, including data management, teaching, technical proficiency, content creation, and customer service. I am excited to bring this skill set and passion to new opportunities, and I look forward to contributing my best to the success of any organization I become a part of.

I pursued my Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Rafik Hariri University, an ABET Accredited University located in Mechref, Lebanon. I completed the program over a period of three years, from 2020 to 2023. Throughout my academic journey, I gained a solid foundation in computer science principles and acquired practical skills in various areas of the field. The rigorous curriculum and hands-on learning experiences provided by the university have been instrumental in shaping my knowledge and preparing me for professional challenges in the ever-evolving field of computer science. I am grateful for the education I received at Rafik Hariri University, which has been a significant contributor to my personal and intellectual growth.
