Ahmad Chahine

My name is Ahmad Chahine, and I have 12+ years of experience as a professional handball
player and sports instructor. My previous experience as a handball player gave me the
chance of leading Lebanese handball teams to win global handball championships and
tournaments. Furthermore, my experience as a coach and instructor, for students of all ages,
has allowed me to expand my passion for sports in general, and transfer my knowledge to
young athletes, on and off the court.
I have extensive experience in incorporating the school’s vision and mission within daily
practices, motivating and challenging students, and ensuring positive performance of the
students across most sports categories. I am also very interested in contributing to the
development of the student’s life in school through leading extra-curricular activities, and
participating in assemblies, sports days and trips.
I can say also that i am a patient problem solver able to motivate individuals. Capable Personal Trainer with a track record of success in helping clients attain their health goals. Adept at providing clients with consistent support whilst delivering individualized training programs targeted towards their specific needs.
Furthermore, I believe in continuous self-development. I continuously strive to achieve self-
development activities whenever I can.
